The copyright of any photographic images remains the property of Caroline Miller and Caroline Lilian Photography.
All digital images are for private and personal use only. Caroline Lilian Photography cannot accept responsibility for the quality of digital images printed anywhere other than through Caroline Lilian Photography.
Payment for the photo session is payable in full upon booking via SumUp Link or Bacs (Bank Transfer). This booking fee is non-refundable but the date may be rescheduled where necessary. Payment for any orders thereafter must be paid, or a 50% deposit paid, before processing and ordering can commence. Remaining balance is payable on receipt of products. Payment for orders can be made in person by Credit/Debit Card, or remotely by a provided SumUp Link or bank transfer. Paypal and cash not accepted.
Location session price includes 10 mile radius of travel from CR0 8TG.
Travel beyond this is charged at 75p per mile.
After the photo shoot, your photo collection will be carefully edited and an appointment will be made to view your images where you can select and make your purchases. Viewings can be in person, and a HDMI cable can be used to connect the laptop to your TV. During a personal viewing you will be able to see product samples and have advice and questions answered.
An in-person viewing is strongly recommend to view and choose your images, however if this is not suitable your images can be added to a private web gallery. These images will be watermarked and a private link will be sent for you to view. The images show their reference number. You can then email info@carolinelilianphotography.co.uk with the reference number, print size and product you require.
Other sizes and products may be available on request.
Products may be hand delivered or posted as arranged. Delivery fee may apply.
Your pet’s welfare and your photos are important.
If the weather is not suitable or your pet is unwell, I am happy to reschedule free of charge. Please give 24 hours notice where possible.
There must be a responsible adult present at the photo shoot at all times.
